Our Home DNA Test Kits are supplied by Crystal Health Group.

Important – Hygiene Exemption

All DNA test kits are tamper-sealed medical sampling products.
For hygiene and contamination control reasons, once a kit has been opened or the inner packaging seal has been broken, it cannot be returned.

Where samples have been received by the laboratory but analysis has not yet commenced, a £60 administration fee may be retained.

No refunds are available once laboratory analysis has started.
